Comet Plastic Equipment, LLC, a plastics auxiliary equipment manufacturer, is proud to introduce the newest member of its product family. The Micro Additive Drying System, or Micro ADS, has been created with the customer in mind – helping to reduce operating costs by 30% - 80%.

The customer benefit from this design is that color and additive pellets can be dried first, before being metered into their processing machines. Comet’s Micro ADS helps correct the problem of additive separation in the drying hopper, while eliminating the need for additional floor space. With this solution in place, many have already received up to a 65% savings in overall investments and operating costs.

This additive drying system is simple to operate, inexpensive to purchase, and was created simply as a result of listening to our customers about the issues they face on a daily basis.
